  • Did you like Joseph, Les Mis, or Shrek? Dreamed of being in Clue, Peter and the Starcatcher or Shakespeare in Love? Wanted to learn about lighting and sound and sets or be on a theatre crew? Any OKM student interested in being in any way involved in next year's school musical and plays, in going to drama festivals and on the New York trip please come to an information on Wednesday March 11 at 12:00 sharp in the theatre. 
  • Attention Grade 9's and LINK leaders.  Get prepared for your dodgeball competition this Wednesday at lunch in the Blue Gym.
  • Tomorrow afternoon during Period 3, Gwynne Dyer will be giving a lecture in the OKM Theatre on the reality of climate change and the possibilities of geo-engineering.  Dyer is an internationally acclaimed historian, journalist, and published author.  He is also an Officer in the Order of Canada.  Senior classes are invited.  Please message Mr. Matheson to reserve your class seating.  Individual student may also attend, but they must complete an Opt-In Form with their Period 3 teacher.

  • Grade 11 & 12 students interested in the KGH Health Conference please come to the Counselling Centre.  Any Grade 11 students interested in the Emergency Medical Responder course for next year, please go to the Counselling Centre for more information.

  • There will be a player and parent football meeting tonight at 7pm in the Multi.  At this meeting Coach Jo will be talking about the Junior program as well as the Senior California trip where they will attend a game at the Rose Bowl and a NFL game.  Anyone interested in playing football needs to be at this meeting.
  • If you are interested in being part of OKM's Track & Field team, please meet in Mrs. Taylor's classroom, Room 186 on Thursday at 12:05pm.  No experience necessary and all students from Grade 8-12 are welcome!
