At Okanagan Mission Secondary we are committed to using the spirals of inquiry model for school improvement. We understand that this process is cyclical, and not necessarily simply forward-moving. Our goal for this process is to:

• Gain a wide perspective on learning, informed by learning principles (OECD)
  
• Find out what learners think and feel about their learning and what their families and communities perceive about their learning
  
• Determine action items that will facilitate rich and meaningful learning for our school community
  
• Listen to our school community as they tell us through feedback and actions what is needed for their growth
